Best & Worst Beauty Of The Week: Rihanna, Adriana Lima, Kristen Stewart & More (PHOTOS)

Adriana Lima always looks great, but we've never pegged her as a dark lipstick gal. That's why it was so shocking to see her rocking deep red lips this week. As expected, the color looked amazing on her. Rihanna wore a lot of pearls to the Chanel show during Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week and Uma Thurman showed us that she just doesn't age... at all.

At the 2013 BET Awards, stars shined and stumbled. Janelle Monae sported the best pompadour we've seen in a while, but someone should probably tell Mya to trim her hair extensions.

• BEST: Adriana Lima

  We hardly ever see Lima wearing dark lipstick, and we think she should do so more often. It looks ravishing on her.

• WORST: Mya

  While long flowing locks are usually gorgeous, Mya's are way too long. There's a point where hair extensions go from beautiful to messy-looking. However, we decided to also feature Mya's face because her makeup and earrings are wonderful.

• BEST: Janelle Monae

  Hands down, Monae is sporting the best pompadour we've seen in decades. She glams up the masculine hairstyle with ultra-feminine diamond accessories and a bright lip. Fabulous!

• WORST: Ashanti

  We're not sure if Ashanti was trying to go for a pompadour or a bun, but either way, the 'do is not working. It looks like a bird's nest is on her head.

• BEST: Uma Thurman

  We would like to know Thurman's anti-aging secrets. She looks youthful and radiant with this red lip color and fun hairstyle.

• WORST: Ciara

  While we are a huge fan of Ciara's shorter 'do, we liked it better when it was more tamed. She took volume to new levels here and it needs to be taken down a notch.

• BEST: Rihanna

  Thank goodness for Rihanna. Without her, trends would not get started. Here she is bringing back pearls... pearls with a plunging neckline. It looks amazing on her, but dare we try this on our own?

• WORST: Pascal Le Segretain

  Adding a massive accessory to an attention-grabbing dress never really works out. Le Segretain's huge jeweled necklace is clashing with the flower print on her dress and her faded ombre hair color.

• BEST: Kristen Stewart

  We love how simple this look is, yet it's also really intricate. The icy blue shadow in the corners of Stewart's eyes add a beautiful touch. Now if only we could get her to crack a smile.

• WORST: Jesinta Campbell

  Gel overload! We usually like a good ombr?, but Campbell's looks too extreme.

• BEST: Olivia Palermo

  What a great smoky eye! Palermo demonstrates how to make a dramatic statement without going over the top. Her tousled updo pulls everything together.

• See Adriana Lima Without Makeup

  Adriana Lima stole the show at this years Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The Brazilian beauty hit the catwalk just eight weeks after giving birth and now she's managed to shed even more weight in the month since the highly anticipated show was filmed in November.
