Sarah Wilson's Chia Pudding Recipe | Live Healthy Simply - healthy ...

I?ve gone on a lot about sugar, or more precisely giving up sugar. You can read about it here and here.

When I found Sarah Wilson?s I Quit Sugar eBook I couldn?t believe it! Someone was actually making quitting sugar cool, how cool is that!

?I was a little unsure of how many recipes from the cookbook I would be able to eat (given my no meat, no dairy and no egg food habits) but I am pleased to let you know there are many vegetarian and vegan recipes and lots more that can be made vegan with some slight tweaking.

I tried out this recipe and loved it!

Chia Puddings

?

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 1/2 cups cashew nut milk ? I used oat milk

1/4 cup frozen berries

1 teaspoon of Natvia

1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

pinch of salt

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir. Divide into bowls or storage containers and place in the fridge. I ate mine for breakfast the next morning and it tasted delicious!

You can buy Sarah?s books from here

Could you please?

I want to know more about you, what you like what you don?t like, what you eat what you don?t eat so I can tailor my posts accordingly. I?m currently taking part in B-School along with many other lovely and talented ladies who want to grow their presence online. The course has already given me so much inspiration and ideas however I need find out if these projects have legs to stand on which is why?

I have compiled a short survey and I would really appreciate it if you could take the time to answer it

You can take the survey here

It won?t take more than five minutes and afterwards if you care to come back here and leave a comment I will selecting some winners at random to win some awesome prizes!! Stay tuned for more details next week!

Thanks so much for your support over the last few months, I feel like LHS is finally taking off. I?m not exactly sure where but I think it?s going to be fun x
